raffle Format:

1. The examiner who wishes to donate a design doll to CFC will need to get a blank “MUNNYWORLD 4" MUNNY BLANK ART TOY BY KIDROBOT” then design the doll.

2. Other forms of art work may be provided, for the raffle, as long as it is an original creation by the examiner.

3. Photographs of each doll or donated piece of artwork, will be taken by the artist, to display on the raffle website. The photographs should have a white background for easier web display. Due date for the photographs is 11/4/2024.

4. The artists must keep possession of the dolls and art, until a winner is selected. At which time the doll or art will be shipped directly to the winner.

5. Each doll and art piece donated will need name/title and a brief explanation or story provided by the artist.

6. An email flyer will be distributed throughout the PTO, with link information to the web site, to include raffle open and closing dates, drawing date and further information as required.
 

7. All participants can view the raffle entries and select their raffle choices on the website.
 

8. All correspondence regarding raffle numbers and winners will be done via email. The raffle will be conducted completely virtual, no physical tickets will actually be printed or mailed and the drawing will be private for Keyworkers and CFC personnel only.

Participant rules for the raffle:

1. Everyone, who shows an interest, will receive two free virtual tickets.

2. These two tickets may be placed on just one ITEM, or split between two raffle entries of their choice.
 

3. An automatic email will be sent, to the participant, letting them know the ticket numbers for the specific doll or dolls or art work of choice.
 

4. At the end of the designated "open" time period, winners will be selected using a random number generating application.
 

5. The winners will be contacted via email and the artists will ship their doll(s) or art to the designated address, provided by the winners.
